2. A candidate for election as a councillor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall lodge a nomination with the returning officer on Thursday, 9th July, 2020, between 09:00 hours and 15:00 hours.

4. (1) The poll for the election of a councilor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall take place on Thursday, 30th July, 2020, between 06:00 hours and 18:00 hours. Election date and time of poll (2) A poll shall not be taken in a district and ward if only one candidate is validly nominated.
