4. (1) The poll for the election of a Mayor or Councillor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall take place on Thursday, 7th April, 2022, between 0600 hours and 1800 hours. Election date and time of poll (2) A poll shall not be taken in a district and ward if only one candidate is validly nominated.
