4. (1) The poll for the election of councillor in a District and Ward set out in the schedule shall take place on Thursday, 30th June, 2022, between 0600 hours and 1800 hours. Election date and time of poll (2) A poll shall not be taken in a District and Ward if only one candidate is validly nominated.
