1. The Oder maybe cited as the Electoral Process (Local Government By-Elections) (Election Date and Time of Poll) (No.2) Order, 2022 Title

2. A candidate for election as a council chairperson or councillor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall lodge a nomination with the Returning Officer on Thursaday, 13th October, 2022, between 09:00 Hours and 15:00 hours.

3. The campaign period shall commence on Thursday, Thursday, 3rd November, 2022.

4. (1) A poll for the election of a council chairperson or councillor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall take place on Friday, 4th November, 2022, between 06:00 hours and 18:00 hours. (2) A poll shall not be taken in a district and ward set out in the Schedule if only one candidate is validly nominated.
