4. (1) A poll for the election of a Councillor in a district and ward set out in the Schedule shall take place on Thursday, 30th November, 2023, between 0600 hours and 1800 hours. Election date and time of poll (2) A poll shall not be taken in a district and ward if only one candidate is validly nominated.
