4. (1) A poll for the election of a Councilor in a district and ward set out in the schedule shall take place on Friday, 1st March, 2024 between 0600 hours and 1800 hours. Election date and time of poll (2) A poll shall not be taken in a district or ward if only one candidate is validly nominated.
