Fees and Fines (Fee and Penalty Unit Value) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fees and Fines (Fee and Penalty Unit Value) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 and shall be read as one with the Fees and Fines (Fee and Penalty Unit Value) Regulations, 2014, in these Regulations referred to as the principal Regulations.

2. Regulation 2 of the principal Regulations is amended by the deletion of the words “thirty ngwee” and the substitution therefor of the words “forty ngwee”.

3. Regulation 3 of the principal Regulations is amended by the deletion of the words “thirty ngwee” and the substitution therefor of the words “forty ngwee”. Title S.I.
