1. This Order may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Precious Stones and Metals) (Export Duty) (Suspension) Order, 2025, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January, 2025.

2. The export duty payable on precious stones and metals specified in the Schedule is suspended to free.
