Duty on specified wheat is suspended to zero when imported under an agriculture ministry import permit, and the Schedule conditions also apply.

2. (I) The duty on wheat of heading 1001.19.00 and 1001.91.90 Suspension is suspended to zero when the wheat is imported by a holder of of duty an import permit issued by the ministry responsible for agriculture. (2) The suspension of duty under subregulation (I) applies where the companies specified in the Schedule import the quantities specified in that Schedule.
