Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2026

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2026 and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Regulations, 2012, in these Regulations referred to as the Principal Regulations. Title S.I. No. 24 of 2012

2. The First Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended in Table B by the deletion of the words “ that full moon” in the text under the description, fishing period, in the third column for Tanganyika and the substitution therefor of the words “ that is full moon and 15th May to 15th August”.
