Por não haver impugnação específica e suficientemente motivada de todos os fundamentos que justificaram a inadmissibilidade do recurso especial (notadamente a ausência de afronta ao art. 1.022 do CPC), e em conformidade com o art. 932, III, do CPC, o RISTJ e a jurisprudência do STJ, impõe-se negar provimento ao agravo interno e aplicar, por analogia, a Súmula n. 182 do STJ.
