Where such discrimination is established and national law cannot be interpreted in conformity with the directive, national courts must grant the same benefits to those discriminated against as those enjoyed by favoured persons, including financial compensation for the difference in remuneration. Limiting recognition of prior service periods for remuneration seniority to a maximum of 10 years...
