    Carpatair failed to demonstrate it was individually concerned by the 2008 and 2010 agreements, as it did not show a substantial adverse effect on its competitive position attributable to the alleged State aid to Wizz Air. The reduction in Carpatair's yields occurred on routes with and without competition from Wizz Air, and other factors (business model, competition from other airlines, financial crisis, technical incidents) could explain the decline.
