M. Bobek, entendu, rend la présente Ordonnance Par lettre du 7 octobre 2019, le greffe de la Cour a transmis à la juridiction de renvoi l’arrêt rendu le 11 septembre 2019, Caseificio Sociale San Rocco e.a. (C‑46/18, EU:C:2019:706 ), en l’invitant à bien vouloir lui indiquer si, à la lumière de cet arrêt, elle souhaitait maintenir sa demande de décision préjudicielle. Par décision du 10 janvier 2020, parvenue au greffe de la Cour le 4 février 2020, le Consiglio di Stato (Conseil d’État, Italie) a informé la Cour qu’il n’entendait pas maintenir cette demande de décision préjudicielle. Dans ces conditions, il y a lieu, en application de l’article 100 du règlement de procédure de la Cour, d’ordonner la radiation de la présente affaire du registre de la Cour. La procédure revêtant, à l’égard des parties au principal, le caractère d’un incident soulevé devant la juridiction nationale, il appartient à celle-ci de statuer sur les dépens. Par ces motifs, le président de la Cour ordonne : L’affaire C-464/19 est radiée du registre de la Cour.
