Orders

  • The respondent State is to pay the applicant EUR 2,109 in respect of pecuniary damage, EUR 4,000 in respect of non-pecuniary damage, and EUR 250 in respect of costs and expenses, plus any tax chargeable, within three months from the date the judgment becomes final.
  • From the expiry of three months until settlement, simple interest shall be payable on the above amounts at a rate equal to the marginal lending rate of the European Central Bank plus three percentage points.
