Orders

  • The Government of Bulgaria shall pay the applicant 2,000 euros to cover non-pecuniary damage and costs and expenses, converted into Bulgarian levs at the rate applicable on the date of payment, free of any applicable taxes, within three months from notification of the decision.
  • In case of late payment, simple interest shall be paid at a rate equal to the marginal lending rate of the European Central Bank during the default period plus three percentage points.
