Orders

  • The respondent State is to pay the applicant EUR 15,000 in respect of pecuniary damage, EUR 2,000 in respect of non-pecuniary damage, and EUR 1,075 in respect of costs and expenses, within three months, plus any tax that may be chargeable.
  • From the expiry of three months until settlement, simple interest shall be payable on the above amounts at a rate equal to the marginal lending rate of the European Central Bank during the default period plus three percentage points.
