'Subscribed share capital' in Article 2(18)(a) of Regulation No 651/2014 refers to all contributions current or future members or shareholders have made or irrevocably undertaken to make, not only those disclosed under national law. Managing authorities may require evidence in line with pre-established selection procedures, provided these comply with EU law principles. National rules prohibiting post-deadline clarifications are not precluded by EU law if applied equivalently to comparable procedures.
