An action for the recognition of a claim for registration in insolvency proceedings derives directly from and is closely linked to insolvency proceedings, thus is excluded from the scope of Regulation 1215/2012 and governed by Regulation 1346/2000. Article 29(1) of Regulation 1215/2012 does not apply, even by analogy, to such actions. Article 41 of Regulation 1346/2000 does not require formal indication of the date of the claim if it can be deduced from supporting documents and national law does not require it.
