The Defendant followed disciplinary procedures, including queries and hearings, and acted within its contractual and common law rights to summarily dismiss the Plaintiff for proven misconduct and incompetence. The Plaintiff was not entitled to any reliefs as the dismissal was lawful and the audi alterem partem rule was not breached.
