The Summons which is dated 12th May 2025 and is supported by the Supporting Affidavit of Enock Mautia Monda the Administrator of the Estate, is accompanied with a Distribution Schedule dated 5th May 2026. The Summons is not opposed. 2.Both administrators being present physically in Court, and upon considering the Summons, and perusing the Distribution Schedule and the Consent to it, I hereby confirm the grant issued herein on 19th September 2024. 3.I order that a Certificate of Confirmation be issued in terms of the said Distribution Schedule. 4.I further direct that the distribution and finalization be completed within 120 days from today.
