Procedural Posture
Miscellaneous Application / Ruling on Finality and Affirmation of Previous Orders
Legal Issues
- 1 Whether the Tribunal had any further orders to make following the forensic audit of Magereza Sacco Society Limited.
- 2 Whether the previous ruling delivered on 9.3.2022 resolved all issues before the Tribunal.
Ratio Decidendi
The Tribunal found that it had already addressed and determined all issues arising from the parties' documents in its ruling delivered on 9.3.2022.
