While permissive entry can become adverse after the expiry of the consent period or upon full payment of the purchase price, the plaintiff failed to demonstrate when her possession became adverse and did not establish continuous, exclusive, and uninterrupted possession for the statutory period. The defendant's re-entry in 2013 and construction of his own posho mill constituted an interruption, stopping time for adverse possession.
