The applicant did not dispute the Garnishee's averment that funds were paid out in satisfaction of other decrees issued before the service of the Order Nisi. However, the court noted that at the time the Order Absolute was issued in the other matter, the Garnishee had already been served with the Order Nisi in this case and failed to provide a proper explanation for prioritizing the other decree holder.
