The court found that the orders issued in the judgment of 23rd February 2022 were carried out as directed, with the Land Registrar and County Surveyor demarcating the boundaries of the three institutions within the relevant land parcel. The applicant's contention that the officers were to pick boundaries as they existed on the ground was not reflected in the judgment. The court held that it had become functus officio after issuing its final judgment and could not revisit the merits of the dispute or order a fresh survey.
