The sale was therefore valid and procedural. The remaining vehicle, Mercedes Benz Prime Mover Registration Number KWE 491, remained in the auctioneer's custody without lawful justification after the court order. The applicant was entitled to immediate release of this vehicle without liability for storage charges, as the delay was not attributable to the applicant.
