1. I have gone through the Affidavit of Service filed on 24th November 2023 I am satisfied that the Respondent was duly served. There is no response to the Notice of Motion dated 16th August 2023. The same is allowed in terms of prayers No. 1 and 2.
2. The Memorandum of Appeal be deemed to be duly filed upon payment of the requisite fees. The Appellant is hereby directed to file a Record of Appeal within thirty (30) days. For directions on 13th March 2024.
