1. The prison is availing the wrong files for decongestion. The applicant herein has only served three (3) years out of a sentence of ten (10) years’ imprisonment and is therefore not eligible for release as per the Chief Justice’s Memo dated 7/12/2022.
2. File to be returned to the lower court for safe custody.
3. I also note that the judgement is missing in the file.Orders accordingly.
