RULING
The Kajiado Criminal Case No. 1051 of 2006 was referred to this court to transfer it to Machakos Law Courts for the purpose of consolidating it with Machakos Criminal Case No. 1222 of 2006 arising from one and same incident.
This court finds the reason for transfer proper.
Order:
The Kajiado Resident Magistrate's Court Criminal Case No. 1051 of 2006 is hereby transferred to Machakos Chief Magistrate's Court for the purpose of consolidating it with Machakos Chief Magistrate's Court Criminal Case No. 1222 of 2006.
