The affidavit of service relied upon by the Plaintiff only demonstrated service on the 2nd and 3rd Defendants, not the 1st Defendant. Furthermore, there was no evidence that the 1st Defendant was personally aware of the court order through other means, and his assertion that he was out of the country at the relevant time was not controverted.
