The Plaintiff had shown willingness to complete the purchase and had paid the required deposit. The court held that the only aspect of the prior ruling requiring review was the compensation for delay in payment of the purchase price. Rather than ordering a re-valuation or sale at current market value, the court determined that awarding interest on the original purchase price from the date specified in the prior order until payment in full, with rent paid to be offset against interest, would adequately...

  • The Plaintiff and Defendants shall forthwith execute a sale agreement incorporating the purchase price and interest as ordered.
