Orders
- Final status conference fixed for 15 June 2026.

The Record shows that he has been attending court diligeously without fail up to and including the 14th of January 2026 when during the Status Conference when the Learned Counsel Mrs. Malanda informed the Court that the Accused person is dead without the instruments like the death Certificate to discharge that burden of Proof. It is now four (4) months and no death Certificate has been availed by the State, the Surety or the Defence Counsel. That evidence requires enlargement of time for the parties to discharge that burden so that the proceedings can be marked as having been abated. 2.The Final Status Conference shall be on 15th June 2026. 3.Orders accordingly.
