Ruling
1. I have considered the application dated 24th July 2023 for Sentence Review. The Applicant was convicted and sentenced to serve twenty (20) years imprisonment vide Winam SPM Sexual Offences Case No. 954 of 2015 for the offence of defilement contrary to Section 8(1) as read with Section 8(3) of the Sexual Offences Act.
2. There is no indication whether he appealed.
3. No proceedings and judgment are annexed to the application.
4. I find no merit in the application which is hereby dismissed.
