Ruling
1. The convict/applicant Silpa Awino was convicted and sentenced to serve one (1) year probation for the offence of kidnapping.
2. The sentence was imposed on December 16, 2022 after a pre-sentence report was filed in court by Probation Officer, Kisumu.
3. The court ordered that the convict be released to serve community service order at a place recommended by the Probation Officer until January 28, 2023.
4. As the orders of the court have been fully executed, there is nothing else pending in this file. I hereby mark this file as closed.
