Grounds of appeal that raise issues of fact, or are framed as errors of law and fact, are incompetent and outside the Court's jurisdiction. The Court further held that Rule 86(1) of the Court of Appeal Rules requires grounds of appeal to be specific and clearly articulated; generalized or vague grounds are not permissible.
