The court found that the initial revocation of the 2nd to 7th interested parties' appointments as board members of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board by the 1st respondent was unlawful and unconstitutional, as it lacked stated reasons and did not comply with the statutory safeguards under section 3 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act and constitutional requirements of fair administrative action and non-discrimination. The subsequent appointments made by the 1st respondent were also declared null and void for want of valid vacancies and failure to comply with the law.
