The evidence showed that the 2nd Plaintiff, as an original shareholder, was allocated the land, which was subsequently sold to the 3rd Plaintiff and then to the 1st Plaintiff. The Defendants failed to contest the Plaintiffs' evidence or demonstrate any lawful acquisition of the title.
