The court also held that the plaintiff is entitled to mesne profits at the rate of Kshs. 58,564 per month from April 2016 to the date of judgment, less Kshs. 390,000 deposited by the defendants, totaling Kshs. 898,408, and continuing at the same monthly rate until possession is given.
