Ruling
1. The applicant, Pardeep Singh Ghatahora, by an application dated May 29, 2023 seeks to substitute Amrit Kaur Ghatahora (the deceased respondent), who died on September 16, 2021. The applicant is the legal representative and son of the deceased.
2. The subject matter of the appeal is a succession matter of the Estate of Gurnam Singh s/o Pritim Singh alias Gurnam Singh Ghatahora, which survives the deceased respondent’s death as per the limited grant of letters of administration ad litem dated November 15, 2022.
3. As the application is not opposed and is brought timeously under the appropriate rule 99 of this Court’s rules and the reasons for the delay explained, I hereby allow the same with no order as to costs.
