RULING
The applicant has moved the court by way of chamber summons dated 1st May 2017 under Order 53 Rules 1, 2& 4of the Civil Procedure Rules, Section 8 & 9 of the Law Reform Act and all the other enabling powers and provisions of the law. The applicant was seeking orders but the first two are spent.
The respondents were served with the application and the hearing notice. There was no response nor attendance by the respondents.
After hearing the counsel for the applicant and perusal of the application and the supporting affidavit thereof, I find that the application is merited. I accordingly grant orders in terms of prayers 3, 4 & 5 of the chamber summons.
