Under Section 42 of the Employment Act, probationary employees are not entitled to compensation for unfair termination. Even if the court were wrong on the probationary status, the evidence established that the claimant was incompatible with the workplace, having acted in a manner that demeaned and threatened other employees, justifying termination for incompatibility.
