The plaintiffs' application for eviction was therefore not anchored in any prior court order or decree. Furthermore, the plaintiffs, through affidavit evidence, admitted that the suit properties had already been sold to third parties, thereby relinquishing their proprietary interest and locus standi to seek eviction.
