The interlocutory judgment against him was never set aside, and he did not demonstrate any new or important matter, error apparent on the face of the record, or other sufficient reason to warrant review of the costs order. The court found that the application for review was essentially an attempt to appeal the court's exercise of discretion on costs, which is not a proper ground for review.
