Once the adjudication process has concluded, any party aggrieved by the determination must exhaust the statutory remedies, specifically by appealing to the Minister under Section 29 of the Act. The Magistrate's Court cannot reopen or rectify the adjudication register, as this is not within its jurisdiction.
