The delay in seeking rectification was less than two months and was partly attributable to ongoing negotiations between the parties, which could have obviated the need for court intervention. The court found that the error in the award was apparent and acknowledged by all parties, and that no prejudice would be occasioned to the respondent if time was enlarged.
