1. The applicant filed the present application dated 12th August 2024 filed under certificate of urgency of similar date, seeking an order for the release of a motor vehicle registration number KCW 289M, currently in the possession of the 2nd respondent.
2. I hereby order that the applicant’s counsel is to provide this court with decisions of the High Court and Court of Appeal as alluded to paragraphs 10 and 11 of the notice of motion dated 12th August 2024.
3. This will enable the court to make the appropriate decision.
