Section 30 of the Labour Relations Act provides that any person aggrieved by a decision of the Registrar must appeal to the Employment and Labour Relations Court within 30 days of the decision. Section 34 allows direct access to the court only for disputes not involving a Registrar's decision. Since the Claimants' grievance was against the Registrar's registration of officials, their only recourse was an appeal under Section 30, not a new claim.
