Ruling
1. The applicant filed an application vide a letter dated 17th January 2024 seeking a clarification of the Judgement issued by this Court on 31st March 2022 in Nairobi Criminal Appeal No. E107 of 2021.
2. From the record, the Judgement of Hon. Nzioka J on 31st March 2022 is very clear and requires no further interpretation. There is no ambiguity in the said judgement as it spells out the sentence of 10 years to run from 6th February 2018. The pronounced sentence was 10 years.
3. The application by the applicant merely seeks to convolute an otherwise clear and unambiguous judgement. The same is dismissed. The applicant is directed not to file another application without leave of court.
Orders accordingly.
