The Plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case for the grant of a temporary injunction because he did not provide documentary evidence of title or legal ownership to the suit land, Tingwa Farm Plot No. 133. The persons who allegedly sold the land to the Plaintiff were not shown to have had legal capacity or title to transfer the property, as the land was not included in the confirmed grant of the deceased's estate. Any dealing with the property without proper succession orders would contravene the Law of Succession Act and amount to intermeddling. Furthermore, the Defendants have been in occupation of the land, and the Plaintiff was aware of this at the time of the alleged sale....
