The Plaintiff's familial relationship with the Defendants and dissatisfaction with his legal representation were not valid grounds for review under Order 45 of the Civil Procedure Rules. The Defendants had incurred costs as a result of the Plaintiff's originating summons, and the order on costs was properly made in accordance with Section 27 of the Civil Procedure Act.
